Letter in the Telegraph

My letter in the Telegraph:

SIR – Will David Cameron address cost-effectiveness in his speech?
As health spokesman for the Green Party, I know that France and Germany, along with most countries in western Europe, spend significantly more of their income on health care than the United Kingdom – 20 per cent more in Germany and 25 per cent more in France. Increasing Britain's spending on health to western European levels would see an investment of £20 billion in the NHS, yet the Conservatives are planning savings of £20 billion.

I haven't emigrated, the letter was sent from party HQ rather than my home address.
