To David Cameron and your senior ministers:

It's time to ban the secret lobbying that distorts our democracy. We want an end to “cash for access” for good.

• Create a register of lobbyists, so everybody knows who is involved in lobby meetings, and what’s being discussed
  
• Make sure it includes lobbyists who work “in-house” for the companies they represent, as well as specialist lobbying companies
  
• Make sure it includes information about what's being spent on lobbying
