Charlie Elphicke MP: Fracking, yes or no?

Simple question Mr Elphicke, fracking: yes or no? The MP for Dover's response seems to be yes but not in my back yard thank you. He is reported in the East Kent Mercury as opposing drilling in his constituency as "the risk to the water aquifer and our drinking water is too great."

Charlie Elphicke opposed fracking at a residents' meeting in Shepherdswell on 25th September, with over 200 people in the room, the chairman of CPRE Kent, Robin Knox-Johnson and Green Councillor Ian Driver. The very next day he published his support for fracking on the Conservative Home website.
