The polls have swung towards us, people on the street are supporting us, let's hope we get plenty of MEPs and local councillors elected today. The polls have been excellent, a ComRes poll that was commission by the party and published yesterday, showed support as follows: CON 24%: LAB 22%: LDEM 14%, UKIP 17%: Green 15%: BNP 2%. The fight is for 3rd place!
Maidstone Greens have delivered more leaflets that we care to think about, knocked on more doors than ever as well as campaigning on Week St. The coverage in yesterday's 'Your Maidstone' was a real boost too.
The results for Kent County Council elections will be known on Friday and the Euros are counted on Sunday.
