Shame on MPs who voted against 10:10

Even getting a debate on urgently reducing carbon emissions by the public sector would have been unthinkable so there is some to be said for last nights vote on the government signing up to 10:10. Sadly the vote was lost 297 to 226 - see the full list here. More from the Guardian here.

As for the £20m pledge to fund energy efficiency... pathetic - £2bn would be better. How much have they spent on bankers?
