Lib Dems now reverse their boycotting of the Local Plan process

After last week's bizzarre boycott of the Planning Overview and Scrutiny Committee where they have four seats at the committee and are therefore able to exert influence, they seem to have a had a change of heart.

They are currently speaking to the Cabinet where they have no voting rights... Cllr Daley was allowed to speak for just 3 mins before being cut off. What a shame the Lib Dems decided to not represent their constituents at last weeks meeting where their voice could be heard properly.

They are clearly in meltdown with no political strategy.
